The complex consists of four units. The spaces are very economical but designed to be distinctively not run of the mill. Each unit consists of four bedrooms and two bathrooms and the entire complex is surrounded by a block wall for both privacy and security. There are also washers and dryers onsite at no extra cost. The buildings were constructed in 2007 so they are very new. Each unit has covered parking behind a gated parking area under lock and key for added security.
The complex is located 15 minutes from ASU Main Campus, 6 minutes from ASU Downtown Campus, a few minutes from The Light Rail (Park and Ride) and one-block from Metro Transit.
In addition, this area is slowly changing with the airport expanding and removing existing homes; therefore, neighbors are becoming less and less. The space will soon be to yourself, for those who are members of the complex.
